Our "Monthly Support Plan"  provides in-depth executive organizational or human development services on a monthly basis, usually 2-4 days per month for a period of time.  The consultant becomes a trusted resource to support you in understanding often unseen issues and using solutions, tools, and approaches enabling you to reach your goals.

Organizational Development

We provide onsite situation-specific analysis, propose and conduct initiatives, and follow up as needed. Our approach is to listen and understand before recommending solutions. We have, for example, helped a client look at the alignment of nine critical elements of their “Whole System” to make the most of all aspects of their resources. Or, we have assisted clients in identifying how to cultivate the necessary environment, skills and knowledge so their people can continuously improve their own function and those of other parts of their organization.

We offer experienced facilitation, based on nationally field-tested best practices, to insure your organization’s change readiness and planning needs. This may include pre-work to insure that decision makers and change agents have the awarenesses and tools needed to plan and conduct a successful change initiative. This may include workshops to provide managers approaches, tools and alignment.  It may include a communication plan and transition monitoring tools. 
 
Performance Consulting

Align training & development with key business needs through a proven approach that delivers results. We provide onsite situation-specific analysis.  We propose, develop and conduct custom sessions, classes or forums on your behalf. We listen and understand your needs before recommending solutions. You get the benefit of our nationally field-tested experience and best practices applied to your unique needs. We call this ‘IN-SOURCING.” In-sourcing differs from outsourcing in that, while we often develop and even deliver the content, it is done in your name and you maintain the management of the effort.
