Facilitation Workshop  
This intensive workshop enables participants to facilitate special and regular group meetings and provide exceptional ROI to an organization.
 
They will develop a personal center from which to facilitate and understand how to meaningfully engage groups. Basic facilitation attitudes, behaviors and skills will be acquired.
 

The structure of effective sessions will be explained. Participants will practice the art, learn and use feedback approaches and be given select tools to have on hand when facilitating.
