"Presentations that Influence"
                                                       Workshop for Management
 SITUATION

The head of Training & Development for a 12,000 employee Engineering Company contacted us. The top 40 people in their company, while technically astute, were not presenting a polished face outward to prospects & clients and were struggling with their ability to influence outcomes necessary for company success. They did not have the “soft skills,” savvy, and in some cases confidence required to connect with audiences and individuals in a manner through which they could really influence them.

THE NEED

He told us he needed a way to give these key people more than just the basic “how to do presentations” stuff. He had been tasked with finding a workshop that would enable them to learn how to really shift the thinking of a group to whom they had to present and influence them to buy-in to important initiatives.

OUR SOLUTION

Our “Presentations that Influence” program gave them these capabilities. Four workshops were provided with ten participants attending each respective session—40 total.

RESULT

Every participant agreed that our workshop was nothing close to what they expected (thankfully, they said). They expressed appreciation for an approach that they could grasp, one which genuinely took them to another level. Several years later, the head of Training & Development, who had originally contacted us, said, “They are still talking about those sessions. They really appreciated them. They have made a genuine business impact.”
